4. Loan Approval

SMS will be sent to confirm loan approval amount.

5. Loan Confirmation

Loan documents & solicitor's irrevocable instruction received.

6. Funds transferred

Allow 2 business days.

Our process is a little more complicated than a typical bank, as we need to receive legal documentation from your solicitor and then review your case details with our own legal team. Unfortunately delays can be experienced due to the time it takes to receive all the necessary paperwork from your solicitor, but we do everything we can to help hurry up this process.

Here’s some important, basic details about an Injury Loan:

  • Funds can be used to cover general household bills, rent, mortgage, car rego, medical expenses, etc.
  • Applications are assessed based upon your future personal injury claim entitlement
  • Injury Loans start from $2,000
  • No monthly repayments until settlement
  • An administration fee will be charged on all loans and will be deducted from your overall approved loan amount
  • You can apply for more than one loan, three months after your initial Injury Loan
  • If you don’t win your case, you don’t have to pay anything back on your loan*

How do I qualify for an Injury Loan?

You must be represented by a lawyer.

How much can I borrow?

ASK lends from $2,000. The amount you can borrow will be assessed against your future entitlement and we will then lend a percentage of that amount.

How long does it take for the money to come through?

Once all documents have been received, allow 72 hours for loan approval. After the loan deed is received, allow 2 business days for transfer.

What happens if I lose my case?

You don’t have to pay anything back on your loan*.
