Mr Rich is a business and financial management specialist. He is a director of Rich & Co Pty, a business advisory and business valuation firm. He is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Institute of Management Consultants.

Mr Love has gained a wealth of public company and commercial knowledge stemming from over 35 years serving as non-executive director for ASX listed companies such as Campbell Brothers Limited, Bank of Queensland and Security Permanent Building Society.

Mr Love is also currently a non-executive director of AP Eagers Limited and chairman, chairing its Audit Committee; a member of the Brisbane Area Advisory Board for the Salvation Army; President elect of the Board of Benevolence and of Aged Masons and Orphans Fund (Masonic Care Queensland) and a director of the Geriatric Medical Foundation of Queensland Limited.

In addition to his 40 year career as a licensed real estate agent, auctioneer and qualified property valuer, Mr Love has held a number of board positions including, Managing Director of McGee’s Property, Director of RACQ Insurance Pty Ltd, President of The Royal Automobile Club of Queensland, President of The Australian Automobile Association, President of The Brisbane Club and Commodore of The Royal Queensland Yacht Squadron.

Russell Templeton

Mr Templeton has been in practice as a lawyer for over twenty years, has extensive commercial and litigation experience and has also:

been involved with a network of legal practitioners;
owned licensed commercial agencies;
been consultant to and then Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer of Collection House Limited, an ASX listed debt portfolio manager.

Gavin Partridge

Independent Non-Executive Director

Experience & Expertise
Mr Partridge, a former managing director of marketing services for leading Australasian advertising agency The Communications Group (2003-05), sits on a number of private company boards and is the principal of business consultancy The Company Whisperer.

He is Executive Chairman of cleaning and property maintenance company Integrated Premises Services Ltd and Chairman of OBM Pty Ltd, a company which consults to the customs, freight and international logistics sectors.

Mr Partridge also chairs the advisory board of Environmental Earth Sciences Pty Ltd – a consulting and contracting company specialising in contaminated land and water issues and sustainable property development. He is a non-executive director of post production company Fuel VFX International Pty Ltd – an animation specialist servicing the television commercial and movie sectors.

Before joining The Communications Group, Mr Partridge served for two years as director of Asia Pacific operations for Bates Worldwide, having spent the previous three years as Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director (Sydney) for George Patterson Bates.

Mr Partridge holds a Masters in English Literature from Cambridge University and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
